Origin of the business name: CocoRococo consists of the Japanese word "Cocoro" (heart) and "Rococo".
It was named in order to emphasize the importance of enjoying the indoor art culture in the Rococo era.

After working at a museum, she moved to France in 1991, where she worked at Maison de la culture du Japon à Paris from 1997 to 2008. She completed the Drouot Formation - Filière Antiquaire and obtained the Syndicat National des antiquaries Diploma. She has been working as an antique dealer since 2010.
 
In 2011, she returned to Japan and became a lecturer at Komazawa Women's University, where she teaches courses on decorative arts : Institut français du Japon-Tokyo, Yomiuri Culture Center, and NHK Culture Center. She is also the president of the Association pour les expertises des antiquités occidentales au Japon (AEAO), and organizes overseas training programs for understanding antiques and decorative arts.
 
She offers bidding and purchasing services for art auctions in Japan for her overseas clients.

Son nom : CocoRococo = cocoro (cœur, esprit en japonais) + Rococo
À la recherche d’un esprit sachant apprécier la décoration d’intérieur de l’époque rococo.

Après avoir travaillée dans un musée au Japon, elle est partie en France en 1991. Elle a travaillée à la Maison de la culture du Japon à Paris de 1997 à 2008. Elle a suivi la « Drouot Formation - Filière Antiquaire » et a obtenu le diplôme décerné pas le Syndicat National des antiquaires.
 
Après son retour au Japon en 2011, elle a donné des cours sur les arts décoratifs à la Komazawa Women's University, à l’Institut français du Japon-Tokyo, au Yomiuri Culture Center, au NHK Culture Center, etc. En tant que Présidente de l’Association pour les expertises des antiquités occidentales au Japon (AEAO), elle organise des séjours de formation en antiquités et arts décoratifs à l’étranger.
 
Elle procède à l’acquisition d’objets d’art pour le compte de ses clients étrangers (participation à des ventes aux enchères organisées au Japon, etc.).
 
Coordination de l’exposition « Exposition Sarah Bernhardt » (2019-2020) ; traduction de catalogue « Le monde de Jean-Paul Gaultier », « Watanabe Seitei ».
